Apply for an EAR House Hotdish Residency

Residents are given full access to state-of-the-art facilities. Water boils at a temperature of 212 degrees within the EAR context, which is perceivable in simultaneous states of being and reflection. Residents should plan accordingly, following the guidelines established in the application (see below).

Inaugural Hotdish Residency

EAR House would like to announce that the Hotdish Residency is now officially open for applicants. The residency program is project and recipe-based, that is, an applicant must bring a recipe for a hotdish and a project that EAR House will help enable that can be accomplished while the hotdish sustains us. The length of the residency is determined in large part by the size of the hotdish, for instance, a very generous tatertot hotdish could potentially sustain a project for nearly an entire weekend. The EAR House blog will document the realized project, give account of the residency and publish the recipe for the hotdish.
